Ideal for organised children’s groups such as Brownies, Cubs, Rainbows, Beavers and other youth groups who have an existing structure in place.

Bring your group for an action-packed day of adventure, teamwork, and fun! At Web Adventure Park, Scouts can explore our indoor and outdoor adventure play zones, test their skills in laser tag battles, and bounce to their heart’s content on our bouncy and water pillows.

They can also enjoy fairground rides, step into a world of imagination in our role-play village, and even get up close with our friendly animals!

Perfect for group outings, badge work, and teambuilding, Web Adventure Park offers an unforgettable experience for Groups of all ages.

Prices

Organised group sleepovers cost from £34 per child. Adult places cost £10 over ratio

You must provide the minimum required ratio of adults to children

Minimum/Maximum Numbers

The minimum number of children is 100 children. The maximum number we can accommodate for a sleepover is 200 people. This includes both children and adults.

Please note

Your booking is subject to you providing a sufficient number of suitably trained, qualified and insure dadults to care overnight for the group (including those under the age of 8) in line with your organisational guidelines. A risk assessment and copy of the organisation’s Public Liability Insurance document is required, alongside allrelevant legal requirements showing that the children will be under the group leader’s care and supervision throughout the evening.

What time do we need to arrive?

The team will welcome you at 6.00pm.

Please do not arrive any earlier unless this has been pre-agreed with the Duty Manager.

Can coaches and cars park overnight?

Yes, if you are sleeping over at The Web any coaches, mini-buses or cars relating to your visit are very welcome to park on site

What do we have for our evening meal?

You will need to bring a packed meal with you plus any additional biscuits and drinks for supper time. Food can be provided if required.

Where do we sleep?
You will need to bring sleeping bags and floor mats if required.
Sleeping areas can include inside the indoor play centre or Marquee.
