Step into a winter wonderland filled with festive cheer, perfect for the whole family. This enchanting event includes an private family audience with Father Christmas, some mischievous Elves, and a day full of Christmas magic.
What’s Included:
Meet Father Christmas and his Elves as a family: Choose your preferred time slot to visit Father Christmas in his festive log cabin situated in the Christmas Village. Meet his reindeer and enjoy a family visit with Father Christmas! Afterwards the children can wander to the Toy Shop to choose a present, before sitting in his Sleigh. A walk through the Twinkling Elf Tunnel leads you to the Elf Library where the children choose their own story book to take home. A magical experience for all ages.
Unlimited Access to Christmas Fairground… Enjoy unlimited rides that sparkle at dusk, including the new Pirate Ship, Ferris Wheel, Mine Train, Supertrouper, King Sizzler, Cups and Saucers, Balloons, Toyset Carousel, Swing, Bumper Cars and the Race a Rama!
Whether you’re a little tot or a thrill-seeking adult, there’s fun for everyone.
Dazzling Darren’s Daily Christmas Entertainment: Delight in festive shows featuring music, magic, prizes, and lots of fun. Keep an eye out for a surprise appearance by the mischievous Grinch!
Indoor Play Area: No matter the weather, children can let off steam in our huge indoor play area, with dedicated zones for babies and bigger kids. Parents can relax with a luxury hot chocolate or a glass of mulled wine.
Full Day of Festivities: From twinkling Christmas trees to festive characters, enjoy a day filled with magical joy. The Winter Park offers excitement and wholesome fun for the whole family.
Important Details:
Park Hours: You may enter the park any time after 9:30 am and stay until 6:00 pm. While your time slot is only for the visit to Father Christmas, you can enjoy the park’s other attractions at your leisure.
Plan Your Visit: We recommend planning for a 3-4 hour visit to fully experience the Winter Park.
Outdoor Experience: Meeting Father Christmas involves an outdoor journey. Please dress warmly and prepare for the weather with hats, gloves, waterproofs, and wellies.
Twilight Magic: Later time slots offer the full charm of twinkling lights. Consider arriving later in the day to enjoy the park during daylight and visit the grotto as darkness falls.
Note: This is an all-day event, but access to Father Christmas is limited to the time slot you book. We look forward to welcoming you to a magical day out with your family!
Baby Meets Santa

With only one date available, please pre-book tickets to avoid disappointment. This special Christmas event is perfect for babies who are too young to enjoy the rides, but still want to meet Father Christmas!
A special event that is filled with festive spirit, ideal for a little one’s first Christmas. Baby will receive a gift and there will be time for photographs. We will have nursery songtime and a craft for you to take home too. You are welcome to stay and play all day.
The grotto will operate as a drop in and meet Father Christmas so please allow yourself plenty of time.
Toddle Into Christmas

Join us for the Return of Our Toddle into Christmas Event! Perfect for little ones to embrace the festive spirit before the school holidays begin, this magical experience is available on selected midweek dates throughout December.
Junior rides will be available from 10am – 2.30pm
Bring your little ones for a day filled with festive magic, and create unforgettable Christmas memories!
Breakfast with Santa

Join Us for a Magical Moment with Santa!
Celebrate the season with a cosy breakfast in the Indoor Play centre with Father Christmas, children will be served a special Christmas Pancake! Father Christmas will then walk down to his Grotto where the children can visit him for a present.
Please note the rides, Toy Shop and the Elf library are not included in this ticket.
Children are welcome to stay and play all day!
Frozen Christmas Party

A must for anyone who loves a Princess! Come along and join the party with our lovely Snow Queen…plenty of singing and dancing to all your favourite songs. A perfect way to celebrate Christmas after school!
