Book them an unforgettable adventure at The Web OFSTED Registered Holiday Club, where safety & supervision is paramount

The Club will be located within the Nursery area, away from  public access. They will have their own Tipi, outdoor play area and access to our Forest School and Art Shed.

They will access the Web for private indoor play sessions, private laser tag and supervised access to the play areas and fairground.

DBS checked staff & recommended ratios will be adhered to

Times & prices

Standard Day 9am – 4pm @ £45            

Add extension hours at £2.50 per hour (from 8am – 6pm)

Bookings are limited so please book early!

Holiday Club Rules & Policy for Parents

 

1. Purpose of the Holiday Club

Our holiday club provides a safe, fun, and engaging environment for children during school holidays. We aim to support children’s development through play, creativity, and social interaction.

2. Booking & Payments

  • All places must be booked in advance.
  • Full payment is required to secure your child’s place.
  • Bookings are non-refundable.
  • Late payments may result in cancellation of the booking.

3. Arrival & Collection

  • Children must be signed in and out by a parent/carer.
  • Only authorised adults (listed on the registration form) may collect your child.
  • ID may be requested if the collector is unfamiliar to staff.
  • Late collection may incur additional charges.

4. What Children Need to Bring

Please ensure your child brings:

  • A packed lunch (nut-free ) unless taking the meal package
  • A refillable water bottle
  • Weather-appropriate clothing (including outdoor wear)
  • Any required medication (see section 6)
  • All items should be clearly labelled with your child’s name.

5. Behaviour Expectations

  • We promote a positive and inclusive environment.

Children are expected to:

  • Treat staff and other children with respect.
  • Follow instructions and safety rules
  • Avoid disruptive or unsafe behaviour.

If behaviour is consistently unsafe or disruptive:

  • Parents will be informed.
  • In serious cases, we reserve the right to withdraw a child from the club, no refund

6. Health & Medical Information

Parents must provide accurate medical information on registration. Any medication must be:

  • Clearly labelled.
  • Handed directly to staff.
  • Accompanied by written instructions

Children who are unwell should not attend, without refund, including:

  • Fever Vomiting/diarrhoea (must be 48 hours clear before returning)
  • Contagious illnesses

7. Accidents & Emergencies

All accidents will be recorded and shared with parents at collection. In an emergency, staff will:

  • Contact parents immediately
  • Seek medical attention if required

8. Safeguarding

The safety and wellbeing of children is our top priority. All staff are trained in safeguarding procedures. Concerns will be handled in line with our safeguarding policy.

9. Photography & Media

Photos may be taken for:

  • Internal use
  • Promotional purposes (if consent is given)
  • Parents can opt out via the registration form.

10. Personal Belongings

We recommend children do not bring valuable items. The club is not responsible for lost or damaged belongings.

11. Food & Allergies

We are a nut-aware environment. Parents must inform us of any allergies or dietary requirements. No food sharing between children is allowed.

12. Cancellation & Changes

We reserve the right to cancel sessions due to: Low attendance Staff shortages Unforeseen circumstances In such cases, a refund or alternative session will be offered.

13. Agreement

By booking a place, parents agree to: Follow all club policies and procedures Provide accurate and up-to-date information Respect staff and other families
